These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of lumavent.com (the “Site”) and your interactions with Lumavent, Inc. (“Lumavent,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through the Site, including requesting a demo or contacting us. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

These Terms apply to the marketing website only. If your organization becomes a Lumavent customer, your use of the Lumavent software platform will be governed by a separate subscription or master services agreement signed between Lumavent and your organization, which controls in the event of any conflict with these Terms.

01Use of the Site

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, other accounts, or computer systems;
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or servers/networks connected to it;
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Site without our prior written consent; or
• Submit false or misleading information through any form on the Site.

02Intellectual Property

By submitting a form, you consent to being contacted by Lumavent regarding your inquiry and, unless you opt out, related product information.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Kansas.
